Michael Jarrett

Michael Jarrett is a senior affiliate professor in organisational behaviour at INSEAD. Prior to joining INSEAD, Michael followed the dual tracks of academia and change management consulting. Currently, he teaches extensively on executive programmes and consults to a variety of clients delivering seminars, key note speeches and top team workshops in helping them to address the dilemmas of strategy execution. He is a programme director of INSEAD's Strategy Execution Programme. Michael is the author of several articles and books including his latest book, "Changeability: Why some companies are ready for change – and others aren’t", and was the 2011 award winner of the ECCH Case in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour.

Kirsty-Anne Jasper

Kirsty-Anne Jasper is a business journalist who has written extensively on corporate governance, legal issues and finance. She is currently deputy editor at The Chartered Governance Institute’s Governance and Compliance magazine.

Daniel Johnson

Dan recently re-joined the Institute of Business Ethics as head of project services, following a year in industry. He is responsible for delivery of the IBE’s products, including training, tools and links with education. Previously, as business conduct manager at BAE Systems (on secondment from the IBE), Dan was closely involved with the update of the global Code of Conduct. He also spent some time as part of the Corporate Responsibility team at Pentland, responsible for risk-mapping human rights and modern slavery in the supply chain. In a previous role at the IBE, Dan was responsible for researching and writing about business ethics topics. He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Nottingham.

Greig Johnston

Greig Johnston is CEO at Vidatec. He has worked in the technology sector for over 25 years, buying and selling technology services. He specialises in helping businesses of all sizes develop digital strategies to deliver an exceptional end user experience on mobile and web.

Sophie Jones

Sophie is a corporate governance specialist at advisory firm SquareWell Partners. Prior to joining SquareWell, Sophie was a corporate governance manager at Equiniti, where she advised companies on corporate governance issues and institutional investor expectations. She was previously a research analyst at Pensions and Investment Research Consultants (PIRC), where she wrote reports for investors on the ESG risks within their global portfolios.

Guy Jubb

Guy Jubb is vice-chair of the European Corporate Governance Institute and an independent non-executive at Mazars. He spent 30 years with the investment team at Standard Life and was a pioneer in corporate governance and stewardship. He retired from Standard Life Investments in 2016 as global head of governance & stewardship, having received the Governance Institute’s Outstanding Achievement Award. Guy is also an honorary professor at the University of Edinburgh and chairs the research panel of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Andrew Kakabadse

Professor Andrew Kakabadse is an internationally renowned expert on boards, top team management and leadership. A professor of governance and strategic leadership at Henley Business School, he is currently working on a major global study of boardroom effectiveness and governance practice.

Nada Kakabadse

Nada Kakabadse is professor of policy, governance and ethics at Henley Business School. Nada has undertaken consulting work for a number of international organisations, government departments and private sector clients. She is also a visiting professor at various academic establishments, has co-authored 19 books, contributed 75 chapters to international volumes and published more than 150 scholarly articles.

Eleni Kanelli

Eleni is the head of advocacy at Accountancy Europe since 2015. She is responsible for the development of a team of experts on policy issues. As an executive team member, she contributes to Accountancy Europe’s strategy, focusing on public policy and regulatory matters. She represents Accountancy Europe on policy matters and advises the CEO on EU public affairs.

Natalia Karelaia

Natalia Karelaia is an associate professor of decision sciences at INSEAD where she teaches negotiations and managerial decision making. Professor Karelaia’s research combines psychology and economics to understand how people make decisions and to help them improve their decision making. Among other topics, she investigates the effect of competition on motivation, trust, risk taking, and unethical behaviour. Her current research seeks ways to promote prosocial behaviour.

Cathy Kay

Cathy Kay has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment and executive search. She has expertise across all sectors for Fortune 500, as well as recently funded start-up companies. She is particularly recognised for her work within the technology industry including innovation, digital transformation, technology infrastructures and for companies where tech is a vital platform. Cathy also supports entrepreneurs in start-up communities advising on growth and people. She leads the diversity initiatives for Russam and serves as a non-executive director for Trustees Unlimited.

Paul Kearns

Paul Kearns has been specialising in putting a hard value on “human intangibles” for more than 25 years. As a professional in the field of human capital management, he was one of the founders of the Maturity Institute (MI), a multi-disciplinary body he now chairs, which measures organisational effectiveness and produces comparative company ratings. MI has produced clear evidence to reveal strong links between corporate governance, human capital management and company valuation. This has drawn attention from the investment community and regulators at the New York Fed and the Bank of England. Paul is also a prolific writer of books and articles concentrating on professionalism and effective strategies in human capital management and has been teaching at executive and MBA level for many years.
