Fiona Reynolds

Fiona is MD of the Principles for Responsible Investment. She joined the PRI in 2013, and now has overall responsibility for the PRI’s operations globally. Fiona has more than 20 years' experience in the pension sector, working in particular in Australian superannuation; she has a particular interest in retirement outcomes for women. Prior to joining the PRI, Fiona spent seven years as CEO at the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees, and formerly held various other board roles. In September 2012, she was named by the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia’s top 100 women of influence for her work in public policy. Fiona also serves on the board of the UN Global Compact, the Council of the International Integrated Reporting Council, the Global Advisory Council on Stranded Assets at Oxford University, the UN Business for Peace Steering Committee, and the Steering Committee for Investors on Climate Change.

Clare Richards

Clare leads ShareAction’s Good Work programme, which includes the Workforce Disclosure Initiative and the Living Wage campaign. She first saw the potential of responsible investment through attending one of ShareAction’s AGM activism training sessions and has been a convert ever since. Clare joined ShareAction in May 2016 and initially led investor and corporate engagements in support of sustainable food systems and renewable power. She contributes a broad range of insights from her previous involvement in international development and peacebuilding projects, having worked at a range of organisations including Conciliation Resources, the Quakers, and UNICEF UK.

Beatrice Richez-Baum

Béatrice Richez-Baum is director general of ecoDa, the European Confederation of Directors Associations. She advocates the interests of European board members by developing close working relationships with the EU institutions and European peer organisations. Béatrice is responsible for the day-to-day management of the confederation, the smooth integration of its members and the organisation of a European education programme for directors. She is also a board member of the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE).

Di Rifai

Di Rifai, chair of advisory firm Creating Future Us, is a seasoned international leader, chair, non-executive director and CEO. She advises a diverse range of investors and boards on responsible governance in a digital future. She applies decades of expertise gained working across technology, finance, energy and investment and is an authority on Digital Age ESG.

David Risser

David Risser is the managing director of Nestor Advisors, the Morrow Sodali company focusing on governance, board effectiveness and organisational design. David has been advising with Nestor Advisors since 2003 and is their UN Global Compact ambassador. He has gained extensive ESG experience in developed and emerging markets, performing governance and board effectiveness reviews, policy advice and research for banks, listed and/or family-controlled companies, private equity firms, state-owned companies, governments, central banks, international organisations and market supervisors. David regularly lectures at the London Stock Exchange and is a member of the OECD MENA Corporate Governance Working Group. Before joining Nestor Advisors in 2003, David established and managed the Economic Studies Department of RSM Salustro Reydel (now KPMG) for the CEE region. David was a board member of private companies and trustee for an international not-for-profit organisation.

Marianna Rogdaki

Marianna Rogdaki is audit and ethics lead at ACCA’s Policy and Insights team, based in London. She has an extensive professional and academic background in the auditing field and her research interests in auditability, ethics and sustainability help shape ACCA’s policy in the areas of ethics & audit, and assurance. Before joining ACCA, Marianna was an audit policy researcher at the London School of Economics (LSE) and a visiting lecturer of accounting at King’s College London. She established her accountancy career in PwC Greece, specialising in auditing clients, mainly within the shipping and real estate industries.

Cameron Rogers

Cameron Rogers is professor of cybersecurity at the University of Gloucestershire. He previously held a number of senior leadership roles at the Ministry of Defence, before joining the Bank of England where he was chief information security officer and latterly chief security officer. In June 2019, Professor Rogers joined HSBC as group head of resilience advisory function. He currently works in the defence industry.

Marc Rosen

Marc Rosen chairs the litigation & risk management department for law firm Kleinberg Kaplan. An accomplished litigator, Marc is called on by chief executives, general counsel, portfolio managers, investors and entrepreneurs for his experience and strategic advice, in order to resolve high-stakes business and investment-related disputes. He practises corporate and commercial litigation, across a range of subject matters, in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals and regulatory agencies.

Mark Rowe

Mark Rowe is an environmental journalist, specialising in climate change and related issues such as future fuels. He reported on the Paris climate change talks for International News Services, a range of trade publications and consumer titles such as Geographical and has extensive experience working for British national newspapers.

Timothy Rowley

Tim is faculty member at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and a Visiting Scholar at INSEAD. His research interests include corporate governance, strategic alliances and stakeholder and social issues management. His publications appear in the Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly and Organization Science. Recently, Tim and his co-author Shawn Berman were awarded “Business & Society Article of Decade 2000-2010,” from the International Association for Business and Society. He is also the Co-Editor of the journal Strategic Organizations. Tim Rowley directs the Leading from the Chair Programme, and the International Directors Programme.

Julian Ryall

Julian Ryall never expected to still be in Tokyo 24 years after he first arrived, but quickly realised its advantages over his native London. He is the chief Japan correspondent for The Daily Telegraph and International News Services. He contributes to publications around the world.

Giorgio Saavedra

Giorgio Saavedra is the Integrating Reporting Lead in the Corporate Reporting group of the World Bank, and is also responsible for statutory and management reporting for the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), one of the World Bank Group institutions. Mr. Saavedra represents the World Bank in the international dialog where he brings his expertise on and is a strong advocate for better corporate reporting. He is also a participant in the Business Network.
