Guy Jubb
Guy Jubb is vice-chair of the European Corporate Governance Institute and an independent non-executive at Mazars. He spent 30 years with the investment team at Standard Life and was a pioneer in corporate governance and stewardship. He retired from Standard Life Investments in 2016 as global head of governance & stewardship, having received the Governance Institute’s Outstanding Achievement Award. Guy is also an honorary professor at the University of Edinburgh and chairs the research panel of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
