She is particularly recognised for her work within the technology industry including innovation, digital transformation, technology infrastructures and for companies where tech is a vital platform. Cathy also supports entrepreneurs in start-up communities advising on growth and people. She leads the diversity initiatives for Russam and serves as a non-executive director for Trustees Unlimited.
