Janet is a senior policy officer in the TUC's Economic and Social Affairs Department, responsible for policy on corporate governance, institutional investment, executive pay and corporate social responsibility. She's the chair of Trade Union Share Owners, an initiative that brings together union funds to collaborate on voting and engagement at company AGMs, and a trustee of the TUC Superannuation Society. She also contributes to TUC pensions policy and campaigning.
Hugh Willmott is a research professor in organisational studies at Cardiff University. Currently a member of the editorial boards of Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management Studies and Organization Studies, in the past he has been the associate editor of Gender, Work and Organization, as well as a member of the editorial boards of Accounting, Organizations and Society and Administrative Science Quarterly. Professor Willmott was a founding member of the journals Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal, Advances in Public Interest Accounting, Critical Perspectives in Accounting and Organization.
Prior to joining Cardiff University, Professor Willmott was the Diageo Professor of Management Studies at Cambridge Judge Business School. He has also held appointments at Aston Business School and also at the Manchester School of Management, UMIST, where he was Professor of Organizational Analysis.
Mike Wilson has over 30 years' experience in the application of automation to manufacturing across a broad range of industry sectors throughout Europe, Asia and America. He is widely recognised as one of the leading authorities on the application of industrial robot systems in the UK. Mike is general industry sales manager for ABB Robotics, leading the drive to increase the use of robots across UK manufacturing. In addition, he is chairman of the British Automation and Robot Association; director of the Processing and Packaging Machinery Association; board member of the Engineering and Machinery Alliance; and serves on the Technical Advisory Board for the EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Intelligent Automation, and the Advisory Board of the Midlands Robotics Network.
Peter Wiltshire has been with CMS for nearly 30 years and has worked in the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency team since qualifying in 1990.

Veronika is a project manager at the Talent Equity Institute, an internal Research & Development division of Ward Howell. She specialises in research on the topics of leadership and corporate governance (boards of directors, CEO succession). In collaboration with Professor Stanislav Shekshnia, Veronika completed a number of research projects for INSEAD business school, World Economic Forum, Forbes Russia, Forbes Kazakhstan, etc. Veronika joined Ward Howell in 2011 and first focused on executive search projects. Prior to joining Ward Howell she worked in the press relations office of one of the government agencies.
