Janet Williamson

Janet is a senior policy officer in the TUC's Economic and Social Affairs Department, responsible for policy on corporate governance, institutional investment, executive pay and corporate social responsibility. She's the chair of Trade Union Share Owners, an initiative that brings together union funds to collaborate on voting and engagement at company AGMs, and a trustee of the TUC Superannuation Society. She also contributes to TUC pensions policy and campaigning.

Hugh Willmot

Hugh Willmott is a research professor in organisational studies at Cardiff University. Currently a member of the editorial boards of Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management Studies and Organization Studies, in the past he has been the associate editor of Gender, Work and Organization, as well as a member of the editorial boards of Accounting, Organizations and Society and Administrative Science Quarterly. Professor Willmott was a founding member of the journals Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal, Advances in Public Interest Accounting, Critical Perspectives in Accounting and Organization. Prior to joining Cardiff University, Professor Willmott was the Diageo Professor of Management Studies at Cambridge Judge Business School. He has also held appointments at Aston Business School and also at the Manchester School of Management, UMIST, where he was Professor of Organizational Analysis.

Mike Wilson

Mike Wilson has over 30 years' experience in the application of automation to manufacturing across a broad range of industry sectors throughout Europe, Asia and America. He is widely recognised as one of the leading authorities on the application of industrial robot systems in the UK. Mike is general industry sales manager for ABB Robotics, leading the drive to increase the use of robots across UK manufacturing. In addition, he is chairman of the British Automation and Robot Association; director of the Processing and Packaging Machinery Association; board member of the Engineering and Machinery Alliance; and serves on the Technical Advisory Board for the EPSRC Centre for Innovative Manufacturing in Intelligent Automation, and the Advisory Board of the Midlands Robotics Network.

Peter Wiltshire

Peter Wiltshire has been with CMS for nearly 30 years and has worked in the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency team since qualifying in 1990. He advises on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, with an emphasis on restructuring advice to banks and corporates. Peter's clients include insolvency practitioners, banks, and other financial institutions as well as directors and shareholders.

Harry Window is a researcher at the High Pay Centre, a think tank for fairer pay, worker voice and better business.

Morgen Witzel

Morgen Witzel is a Fellow of the Exeter Centre for Leadership and a trustee of Libraries Unlimited. He lectures on leadership, ethics and management at the University of Exeter Business School and Audencia Nantes in France. He is the author of 30 books, and his articles have appeared in the Financial Times, South China Morning Post, Toronto Globe & Mail, Livemint and The Smart Manager.

Anthony Woolich

Anthony Woolwich is a partner at Holman Fenwick Willan, a member of the City of London Solicitors' Company's Committee on commercial law, and the steering committee of the Procurement Lawyers Association, as well as the Law Society's Competition Section, the UK Association for European Law and the Competition Law Association. He specialises in competition law, public procurement, trade sanctions, export control, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, regulation, state aid, data protection/privacy, commercial contracts, joint ventures, intellectual property and information technology.

Caroline Woolley

Caroline Woolley is global leader of Marsh’s Business Interruption Center of Excellence. Caroline joined Marsh from BDO Stoy Hayward Forensic Services and previously worked for RGL Forensics. She is a chartered accountant and a certified fraud examiner, and she began in forensic accounting in 1996, working on behalf of both insurers and clients.

Marcus Wylie

Marcus Wylie is head of culture at global people development company Insights. Over the years, he has led the creation of just about every product that Insights has to offer, partnering with some of the world’s leading organisations around the globe to build, pilot and implement new products. Marcus holds vast experience in delivering virtually and face-to-face with hundreds of people, as well as facilitating intimate, purposeful and high-impact workshop experiences with leadership teams and executives.

Anton Yunussov

Anton Yunussov is a director in the cyber advisory team at Mazars. He is an information security consultant with diverse experience helping organisations tackle some of their most complex cybersecurity challenges. He is able to design, articulate, and deliver a variety of security solutions using experience gained during 13 years of cybersecurity consultancy work.

Veronika Zagieva

Veronika is a project manager at the Talent Equity Institute, an internal Research & Development division of Ward Howell. She specialises in research on the topics of leadership and corporate governance (boards of directors, CEO succession). In collaboration with Professor Stanislav Shekshnia, Veronika completed a number of research projects for INSEAD business school, World Economic Forum, Forbes Russia, Forbes Kazakhstan, etc. Veronika joined Ward Howell in 2011 and first focused on executive search projects. Prior to joining Ward Howell she worked in the press relations office of one of the government agencies. Veronika graduated from the Moscow State University in 2011 where she studied political science.

Barbara Zapisetskaya

Barbara is a senior associate at international law firm, CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. She has a particular interest in the regulation of artificial intelligence and is a regular contributor on this topic. Barbara’s experience lies in the areas of commercial and technology law. She has been advising clients on a variety of commercial matters, including sale, distribution and supply of products and services to the market and consumer protection. Barbara’s other areas of practice are technology and business process outsourcing and technology projects, such as software licensing, support and system development and integration.
