    Dr Doyin Atewologun is director at leadership and inclusion consultancy Delta Alpha Psi. She is a chartered organisational psychologist and one of the UK’s foremost experts on organisational development, diversity, intersectionality and leadership. Doyin is dean of the Rhodes Scholarships at Oxford University and director of the Gender, Leadership & Inclusion Centre at Cranfield School of Management. She is also academic adviser on the Parker Review Steering Committee into ethnic diversity on FTSE 350 boards.
