Dr Doyin Atewologun
Dr Doyin Atewologun is director at leadership and inclusion consultancy Delta Alpha Psi. She is a chartered organisational psychologist and one of the UK’s foremost experts on organisational development, diversity, intersectionality and leadership. Doyin is dean of the Rhodes Scholarships at Oxford University and director of the Gender, Leadership & Inclusion Centre at Cranfield School of Management. She is also academic adviser on the Parker Review Steering Committee into ethnic diversity on FTSE 350 boards.

Alla Bashenko is a portfolio non-executive director and an experienced financial services professional with expertise across the full spectrum of asset classes and financial products, securities, risk/compliance, regulation, commodities and global markets. Alla is an independent non-executive director of WTW Group (S&P 500). She chairs the board risk committee at TP:ICAP, a FTSE 250 firm of professional intermediaries, and holds NED roles at Quintet Private Bank and fintech Traydstream.

Ian Burger
Ian Burger chairs the board of the International Corporate Governance Network, and is head of stewardship at the UK’s Universities Superannuation Scheme. Ian has nearly three decades’ experience in the investment industry, progressing sustainability, responsible investment and stewardship. Ian has served on the IFRS Advisory Council, the GC100 and Investor Group, the CGI’s investment committee and the UK Investment Association’s stewardship working group.

Prof Ioannis Ioannou
Ioannis Ioannou is a professor at London Business School. His research focuses on sustainability and corporate social responsibility, and how ESG strategies are successfully implemented by organisations globally. His work has been published in the Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science and the Journal of International Business Studies, among others. He co-chairs the sustainability advisory panel of Merck KGaA and is a member of the ESG advisory board of the DWS Group.

Patrice is a highly-experienced risk and regulatory expert with over 20 years’ track record in investment, business and retail banking, as well as across wealth and asset management. A former managing director, global chief risk officer and head of governance at Barclays Wealth, Patrice was lead adviser and partner in EY’s financial services risk and regulatory practice.

Polly Tsang
Polly Tsang leads the ESG in Financial Services working party at the ICAEW, responding to pivotal consultations under the UK Green Finance Strategy, such as the FCA’s consultation on Sustainable Disclosure Requirements and Investment Labels. She authors articles on sustainability for the Institute and its 60,000 members. She is committed to exploring the risks and opportunities in regulating ESG in the UK, liaising with regulators such as the FCA, FRC and IOSCO. Polly began her career at PwC London.
