Healthcare technology company Osler Diagnostics has announced the appointment of Chris Smith as chair of the board and David Berry as a non-executive director.
Smith is chief executive of Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, and a former CEO of global medical device company Cochlear. He previously held senior executive roles at Warburg Pincus and Gyrus Group.
Berry is founder and CEO of Valo Health, and is a general partner at Flagship Pioneering. He has co-founded more than 20 companies across life sciences and sustainability.
