David Wormsley has joined the board of mining and commodities trading company Glencore as an independent non-executive director. Wormsley was previously chair of UK banking and broking at Citigroup (formerly Schroders). He is currently a non-executive director of Stanhope. Kalidas Madhavpeddi, Glencore chair, commented: “The directors are very pleased to welcome David Wormsley to our board.
