East West Rail chair Sachdev is joining the global collectables group as non-executive chair, with immediate effect.

Curry’s CFO will join the board of the UK furniture retailer as an independent non-executive director on 1 August.

An experienced non-executive director, Cross will join the board of the online fashion retailer and chair its remuneration committee.

Murphy will join the supermarket giant on 1 September as a non-executive director, replacing John Allan as chair of the board.

The former director-general of the CBI will become a non-executive director of the company in September this year.

Silver will join the board as a NED in June, and should succeed John Allan as non-executive chair in September this year.

Caroline Silver, also a non-executive director at BUPA, joins the supermarket retail giant at the beginning of next month.

The former chief financial officer of Tesco and Marks & Spencer joins the Burberry Group’s board on 1 September.

The former Tesco CEO will take over as chair in November, having already joined the board as an independent non-executive director.
