The Hertz International EVP will join the airline’s board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 June this year.

An experienced board director and chair, Chakraverty will become a non-executive director of the airline on 27 January.

Kennedy, ITV’s chief operating officer, will become a non-executive director of the retailer in February 2025.

Rachel Kentleton will join the low-cost leisure airline’s board as an independent NED with effect from 18 March 2024.

Moni Mannings becomes a non-executive director of the retailer today, and will be joined by Luke Jensen next month.

Shelley Roberts has joined the board of the hotel and restaurant company as an independent non-executive director.

Chris Browne OBE and Sarah Newbitt have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the UK and Ireland drinks company.

Sue Clark, an experienced NED, will be joining the airline’s board as its senior independent director in March.

Gordon Wilson joins the online retailer of experience gifts, which was acquired by Equistone in the summer.
