Jet2 plc has announced the appointment of Rachel Kentleton as an independent non-executive director. Upon her appointment, Kentleton will also join the company’s audit & risk committee and remuneration committee. She will take up the role of chair of the audit & risk committee, following completion of the external audit of the company’s financial results for the year ending 31 March.
Kentleton was most recently chief financial officer at St Modwen Properties Ltd and, prior to that, was group finance director at PayPoint plc.
Kentleton has held various senior positions in finance, investor relations and strategy, including group director of strategy and implementation at easyJet plc. She has also held several non-executive positions, including her current roles as a non-executive director at Trustpilot Group plc (where she also chairs the audit committee) and Travelodge (where she is audit committee chair-designate). Formerly, she chaired the audit committee at Persimmon plc.
