Pets at Home Group plc, the UK pet care business, announces a change to its board of directors with the appointment of a new independent non-executive director, Angelique Augereau.
Augereau’s appointment takes effect from 22 January 2024, when she will also take a seat on the board’s nomination and corporate governance committee and its ESG committee.
Until recently, Augereau was chief analytics officer at Capital One Financial Corporation, where she led a team executing Capital One’s first artificial intelligence and machine learning strategy and innovation agenda for its card business.
Previously, Augereau was the chief data & analytics officer for Apax Partners and managing director in JP Morgan’s global payment business. Augereau has a doctorate in economics and strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.
