Pets at Home Group has announced the appointment of Lyssa McGowan as group CEO.
McGowan is the outgoing chief consumer officer at Sky UK, and is a former non-executive director of Wm Morrison Supermarkets.
McGowan will succeed Peter Pritchard, who will remain with the business until 31 May to ensure a seamless transition. McGowan will be appointed to the board as CEO designate on 25 April prior to her appointment as CEO on 1 June.
