Experts gather in Malta to explore digitalisation and governance.
The 20th European Corporate Governance conference opened today in Malta, with digitalisation and company law as its main theme. A statement from the EU said the "conference will bring together decision makers from the public and private sector to discuss recent changes in corporate governance, in the global context, in relation to capital markets transparency, ongoing improvements, and the digitalisation processes of governance as an advantage across the European Union."
