Deliveroo plc has announced the appointment of Shobie Ramakrishnan to the Deliveroo board as an independent non-executive director. She will also become a member of the nomination committee, the audit and risk committee, and the remuneration committee, with effect from 1 January 2024.
Ramakrishnan currently leads the technology agenda at GSK in her role as chief digital and technology officer. Before joining GSK, Ramakrishnan held senior technology leadership roles in organisations including AstraZeneca, Salesforce, Genentech and Roche.
