Global information services company Experian plc is appointing Esther Lee to its board as an independent NED, effective from 31 March 2023.

Lee is a non-executive director of The Clorox Company (where she chairs its nomination and governance committee) and a NED at Pearson plc.

In her executive career, Lee held senior roles in global consumer-facing organisations, including MetLife, AT&T, Coca Cola and advertising companies DiNoto Lee and Deutsch.

Mike Rogers, Experian’s chair, said: “I am very pleased to welcome Esther to the board of Experian, and her appointment is another strong addition to the Experian plc board. Experian’s consumer-focused services business is our second largest revenue stream, and Esther is very well-placed, qualified and experienced to support Experian in view of her extensive knowledge of consumer insights and their needs. Esther is an experienced leader, having spent a lot of time in global businesses and this, as well as her non-executive roles, will complement and enhance the experience of the board.
