Informa’s chair will become a non-executive director of the British multinational tobacco company on 13 July and then its chair in December.

Currently chair of Informa plc, Rishton takes his seat on the board of the global alcoholic drinks retailer on 1 November this year.

The former Ofcom online safety champion will take her seat on the banking group’s board with effect from 8 January 2025.

Zheng is executive vice president, China at Schneider Electric, and has held previous senior roles at Dow Jones and Reuters Group.

Wilson is chief financial officer of Britvic, while Smalley most recently served as group HR director at Whitbread.
