Renewable energy engineering firm Siemens Gamesa has named Jochen Eickholt as chief executive.
Eickholt is a member of the executive board at Siemens Energy, where he is responsible for the Power Generation and Industrial Applications businesses, as well Asia-Pacific and China. He has held a number of senior management positions at Siemens, including CEO of Siemens Mobility and chair and managing partner of the Siemens Portfolio Companies.
He will take over from current CEO Andreas Nauen on 1 March.
