Barratt Developments PLC has announced the appointment of Nigel Webb as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 1 October 2023. He will also join the audit, nomination, and remuneration committees.

He was also responsible for delivery of the group’s ESG strategy.
Caroline Silver, chair of Barratt said: “On behalf of the board, I am delighted to welcome Nigel to Barratt. Nigel will bring a wealth of property investment and development experience and ESG strategy expertise, which will complement the skills of the other board members and will be of great value to the company over the coming years.”
