Mark Breuer has been appointed as chair designate of DCC, the international sales, marketing and support services group.
He will succeed current chair John Moloney at DCC’s AGM in July, when Moloney will also step down from the board.
Breuer joined the board of DCC in November 2018. He is a former vice-chair of global M&A at JP Morgan, and a non-executive director and chair of Derwent London.
Caroline Dowling will succeed Breuer as senior independent director. She has been a director of DCC since May 2019.
Lily Liu has been appointed a non-executive director and member of the audit committee, once again with effect from the conclusion of the company AGM in July. Liu is the chief financial officer of components company Essentra.
John Moloney said: “I am delighted to hand over to Mark Breuer, who has the expertise and breadth of knowledge to lead the board in the years ahead.
“I warmly welcome Lily Liu to the board. Her current role as CFO in a global business will make her an excellent addition to the board and audit committee.”
