Real estate company Landsec is changing its executive leadership team structure in support of the company’s strategic growth plans.
Managing director Colette O’Shea will assume the newly created title of chief operating officer. O’Shea has been a board director since 2018.
Bruce Findlay has been appointed as managing director, retail. He was previously chief commercial officer at Furla.
Chris Hogwood will join the firm in February as managing director, corporate affairs, from Portland.
Liz Miles has been appointed as company secretary, while Tim Ashby will be stepping down next month as group general counsel and company secretary after five years.
