She will take her seat on the board of the global alternative asset manager Intermediate Capital Group on 1 January 2025.

William Rucker will join the board as a NED and take over from Tim Score as chair after the company’s AGM in July.

In January, Rachel Osborne and Justin Platt will join the board of the independent brewing and pub retailing business.

William Rucker, currently chair of Lazard, is to join the Intermediate Capital Group board on 31 January next year.
