Sage Group plc, provider of HR, payroll and finance software to SMEs, has announced the appointment of Maggie Chan Jones to its board.
Chan Jones is the founder and CEO of Tenshey, a tech-enabled executive coaching company that helps women advance into leadership roles and the boardroom.
Chan Jones’ background is in marketing. Her early career was spent in Sun Microsystems and ADIC. She has held roles at several of the world’s largest technology companies, including Microsoft and SAP.
Chan Jones was SAP’s first female chief marketing officer and was previously named one of Forbes global ‘Most Influential CMOs’. She is currently a non-executive board adviser to IT security specialists Open Systems AG and was previously a NED of Avast plc.
