Graham, who also chairs Nationwide Building Society’s remuneration committee, has joined Virgin Money’s board this week.

The former Cabinet Office lead non-executive board member joins the building society with effect from today, 1 October.

Sally Orton joins the board on 1 June as an independent non-executive director of the society, and will sit on its audit committee.

Tracey Graham joins the mutual building society’s board this week and will become chair of its remuneration committee in January.
