Lynne Biggar and June Yee Felix have today joined the board of the LSE-listed specialist global insurance company.

Code addresses need for ‘robust, competent and appropriately resourced internal audit’, according to the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Bertrand Grabowski, also a NED at Jazeera Airways, will join the airline group’s board with effect from 1 October.

She will join the Irish homebuilder’s board as an independent non-executive director at the beginning of July.
