Steve Kempster is professor of leadership at Lancaster University. His research, teaching and engagement activities are focused on three areas: leadership learning and the development of leadership practice in a range of contexts; the responsibilities, purposes and actions of leadership; and the relationship of business value and social impact mediated through responsible leadership.
