For the past 15 years, he has been advising clients around the UK and internationally on governance, working with boards, directors and board secretaries the world over, focusing on board and director effectiveness. He is the founder of ValueAlpha, a resource network for those working in the field of corporate governance, and has worked on the UK Financial Reporting Council's Guidance on Board Effectiveness.
