Paul Norris has 30 years’ experience in executive remuneration consulting and has advised management and remuneration committees of companies on remuneration strategy across the economy. His clients comprise listed and unlisted companies, including those with private equity backing and partnerships. He is particularly experienced in developing remuneration strategy where companies face a major business or human resources challenge and is expert in the design and implementation of executive incentives linked to business plan goals. Paul has a Master’s degree in Law from London University and is a qualified barrister.
