He has over 10 years’ experience in industry, coupled with 21 years’ experience in management consulting. Paul has been instrumental in defining, managing, and delivering high-profile OpEx, transformation, and performance improvement programmes internationally across a variety of industries. These include industrial sectors, FMCG, infrastructure, aerospace, life sciences and automotive. Having previously held executive roles in industry with Carbolite (managing director), JCB Excavators, and Peugeot Motors (Faurecia Tier 1), Paul is able to operate effectively at both ‘granular shopfloor’ and board levels, blending hands-on activities with strategic thinking to deliver sustainable change and profitable growth for his clients.
