Kathryn Saunders

Kathryn Saunders is a highly experienced senior knowledge lawyer who delivers specialist technical support to the Stevens & Bolton corporate team. She helps to develop the practice of the corporate team, manages the team’s know-how and precedents and helps deliver its training programme. Kathryn joined Stevens & Bolton in 2004, having qualified at a City law firm. She worked at City law firms for a number of years, advising clients on share and business acquisitions and disposals. She also advised the boards of public companies on issues such as flotations, secondary fundraisings, directors’ duties and reporting obligations. Kathryn has written articles for a number of publications, including Practical Law, and has authored a number of articles on topical corporate matters.
