Felicia A. Henderson is a leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience advising corporations, investment firms, and their senior executives. She is the founder of Henderson Advising, a consultancy focused on board-level diversity and team dynamics related to diversity, equity and inclusion. From July 2020 to January 2021, she served as senior adviser to the core team tasked with examining and advancing equity, diversity and inclusion at INSEAD.
