Dr. Fatima Tresh is a business psychologist and consultant at leadership and inclusion consultancy Delta Alpha Psi. Fatima works with multinational firms to improve diversity in talent pipelines and leadership teams and facilitate inclusive culture change. Fatima completed her PhD in Psychology at the Centre for the Study of Group Processes, University of Kent, and is a Visiting Fellow of Cranfield School of Management. She is co-author of a review of the effectiveness of unconscious bias training for the Equality and Human Rights Commission, and a review of reporting on ethnic diversity at board level in the FTSE 350 for the Financial Reporting Council and Parker Review, Fatima is an adviser to the Black British Business Awards.
