His remit includes the elaboration of governance assessments and improvement plans, the ad-hoc research of market expectations on governance developments, the performance of benchmarking analysis, the preparation of key messages in governance and sustainability roadshows before proxy advisers and institutional investors, and the preparation of shareholders’ meetings in terms of corporate governance best practices. Prior to joining to Morrow Sodali, Eduardo worked for ISS Governance, the global proxy advisor, for more than three years. At ISS, he signed research reports analysis with voting recommendations during two proxy seasons for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, and remained as main QualityScore data analyst for Southern Europe.
