Reckitt Benckiser CFO Jeff Carr will sit on the food company’s board as a non-executive director from next month.

David Hearn will join the sugar and sweetener company as a director and chair of its board from the beginning of 2024.

Murphy will join the supermarket giant on 1 September as a non-executive director, replacing John Allan as chair of the board.

Sehgal will join the company as CFO designate in March, working with current CFO Imran Nawaz to ensure a smooth transition.
