Currently chair of Informa plc, Rishton takes his seat on the board of the global alcoholic drinks retailer on 1 November this year.

The Halfords chair, formerly of Royal Mail, will join the board as a non-executive director and board chair-designate on 1 August this year.

Tamara Ingram OBE will join the consumer goods multinational as a non-executive director, with effect from February next year.

Mark Irwin will take the helm from Rupert Soames, who is retiring after nine years at the UK government contractor.
