William Rucker will join the board as a NED and take over from Tim Score as chair after the company’s AGM in July.

She will become a non-executive director of the retailer and succeed Tony DeNunzio as senior independent director.

In January, Rachel Osborne and Justin Platt will join the board of the independent brewing and pub retailing business.

Findlay will step down later this year after overseeing the re-opening of pubs as restrictions are lifted.
