Dunelm’s auditco chair has today joined the board of the specialist chemicals company as a non-executive director.

From 1 March this year, Ajay Kavan and Dan Taylor will become non-executive directors of the UK homewares retailer.

Keith Down will be joining the board of the Mexican-food restaurant group as a non-executive director today.

Witts has previously served as CFO of Compass Group and Kingfisher Group, and held a number of senior roles at Vodafone and BT.

Devine is president, UK and Ireland, at Mastercard and previously held a number of leadership roles at American Express.

The chief executive officer EMEA at Foot Locker will be a member of Dunelm’s audit and risk, remuneration and nominations committees.
