Lafferty is currently the CFO of fuel retailer Vivo Energy, and is a former CFO of Williams Grand Prix Holdings.

Gorman joined Shell in 1999 and has held several leadership roles in finance. She will take over from current CFO Jessica Uhl on 1 April.

Malave was previously senior vice president and CFO at L3Harris, and is a former vice president and CFO of Carrier Corporation.

Maciel is currently the company’s US CFO and head of digital transformation, and will take over from Paulo Basilio in March.

Hough is Foxtons’ director of finance and company secretary, and will take over from current CFO Richard Harris in April.

Paul, a former CFO at Amazon Studios and streaming platform Hulu, will take over from Brian Roberts on 3 January.

Elliott’s previous roles include CFO of fast-food chains Honest Burgers and Five Guys, and finance director at Caffé Nero.

Reis e Sousa joined Petrofac in 2012 as group head of structured finance, and has held a number of senior finance positions at the firm.

Curd will take over from current CFO Julie Pomeroy in October, with Pomeroy remaining as a non-executive director for a 12-month period.
