Hough is Foxtons’ director of finance and company secretary, and will take over from current CFO Richard Harris in April.

Paul, a former CFO at Amazon Studios and streaming platform Hulu, will take over from Brian Roberts on 3 January.

Elliott’s previous roles include CFO of fast-food chains Honest Burgers and Five Guys, and finance director at Caffé Nero.
