Chemring’s chair will join the Keller Group board as a non-executive director with effect from 16 December this year.

Wood will join the board of the global provider to the aerospace and defence market in October as an independent non-executive director.

This month, Wendy McMillan and Mick Ord will join the global electronics company’s board as non-executive directors.
