After five years on B&M’s board, Hall will succeed Peter Bamford on his retirement following the retailer’s AGM.

Natalie-Jane Macdonald will join the pet care business’s board in May as an independent non-executive director.

Silver will join the board as a NED in June, and should succeed John Allan as non-executive chair in September this year.

Caroline Silver, also a non-executive director at BUPA, joins the supermarket retail giant at the beginning of next month.
