Good governance is a journey of continuous improvement that needs to evolve constantly to meet and shape the context in
which it operates and the associated opportunities and responsibilities placed upon an organisation both internally and externally. This paper puts forward recommendations for companies to achieve effective stakeholder governance to assist
them in dealing with the impact that stakeholder capitalism might have.
