The Gender Diversity Index on Women on Boards was developed to allow companies to benchmark themselves against others in their country or sector with regard to the diversity of their boards and other key positions. This report is based on the data from 598 European companies that are publicly quoted and which are listed in the STOXX Europe 600 index.
