Board Agenda is a media partner for the Chartered IIA’s flagship conference, bringing together internal audit leaders, governance experts, and business thinkers for insight, debate, and professional networking.

This year’s programme opens with a keynote from Priya Lakhani OBE on the sweeping impact of AI, followed by themed breakout sessions covering the environmental impact of digital technology, organisational resilience, cybersecurity, geopolitical volatility, and change auditing.

Mid-morning and midday sessions explore high-impact internal audit strategy, equality, diversity and inclusion, updates on global standards, board engagement, and the use of AI in internal audit.

The afternoon features a keynote panel on professional courage, further breakouts on CAE leadership skills, AI’s role in transformation, geopolitical and supply chain risks, fraud risk management, and ethical dilemmas. Day One closes with a keynote from Sara Weller CBE on the strength found in diversity. There is also the Chartered IIA’s AGM, and a networking drinks reception.

In-person and online formats offer interactive workshops, exhibition access, and the opportunity to earn up to 18.5 CPE points.
