Jacqui Ferguson
Jacqui Ferguson is an experienced portfolio non-executive director in multiple industries and a former divisional CEO from the technology industry. Jacqui is deputy chair of Engineering UK, a not-for-profit focused on inspiring young people from all kinds of backgrounds into engineering and technology careers. Jacqui is also a UK board adviser to Engie UK (global energy and services). In 2018, she won The Sunday Times ‘NED to Watch’ award in honour of Dame Helen Alexander.

Patrice is a highly-experienced risk and regulatory expert with over 20 years’ track record in investment, business and retail banking, as well as across wealth and asset management. A former managing director, global chief risk officer and head of governance at Barclays Wealth, Patrice was lead adviser and partner in EY’s financial services risk and regulatory practice.

Polly Tsang
Polly leads the ESG in Financial Services working party at the ICAEW, responding to pivotal consultations under the UK Green Finance Strategy, like the recent HMT consultation on ESG ratings providers and the FCA’s consultation on Sustainable Disclosure Requirements and Investment Labels.
She authors a number of articles for the Institute and its 60,000 members on sustainability. She is committed to exploring the risks and opportunities in regulating ESG in the UK, liaising with regulators such as the FCA, FRC and IOSCO.
Prior to this, Polly specialised in structured finance and asset backed securitisation at PwC, helping firms raise debt market funding and buy/sell asset pools. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with PwC London within banking and capital markets and investment management.

Alla is Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of WTW Group, an S&P 500 constituent operating in more than 140 countries with a workforce of more than 45,000 employees.
She is also a Non Executive Director, Chair of the Board Risk Committee, Member of Remuneration Committee at TP:ICAP a FTSE 250 constituent and the world’s biggest firm of professional intermediaries that operates in international financial and energy & commodities markets and INED, Member of the Board Risk & Compliance Committee at Quintet Private Bank
She is also a Non Executive Director of fintech Traydstream, Trustee and Chair of Finance, Audit & Risk Committee at Montessori St Nicholas Charity, Investment and Audit & Risk Committees Member at Parkinson’s UK Charity, and advises a global tech VC fund and a city strategic and operational consultancy.
Alla has a particular interest in investment, technological evolution, cybersecurity and digital transformation, and holds a range of non-executive and advisory roles. She has operated in large, complex organisations, and had spent the majority of her career in senior level roles at Goldman Sachs followed by Nomura International. Alla’s international work experience covers EMEA, North and South America, Asia including Japan and emerging markets.

Professor Ioannis Ioannou
Ioannis Ioannou is a professor at London Business School, and strategy scholar whose research focuses on Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility. He consults on and researches how environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) strategies are adopted, embedded and successfully implemented by organizations globally. His work has been published in top academic journals, including the Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science and the Journal of International Business Studies. He is the co-Chair of the Sustainability Advisory Panel of Merck KGaA and a member of the ESG Advisory Board of the DWS Group. Ioannis also recently served on the Stakeholder Working Group of the UK Treasury’s Asset Management Taskforce.
