Laurence Capron

Laurence Capron is a professor of strategy at INSEAD and the Paul Desmarais chaired professor of partnership and active ownership. She is also the programme director of "M&As and Corporate Strategy", one of INSEAD’s executive development programmes. Laurence is a leading expert on M&As, alliances, and business portfolio growth. Her book, "Build, Borrow, or Buy: Solving the Growth Dilemma" (Harvard Business Review Press), co-authored with Professor W. Mitchell, was the recipient of the 2013 Best International Book Awards, by USA Book News, and has been translated into French, Portuguese and Chinese.

Anthony Carey

Anthony Carey is a partner with Mazars in the UK and leads its board practice. He is actively involved in the firm’s contribution to thought leadership and public policy especially in relation to the future of audit, corporate governance and boardroom developments, corporate reporting and corporate responsibility. In addition, he plays a leading role in the Centre for Audit Committee and Investor Dialogue, a joint initiative between Mazars and a number of leading institutional investors. Anthony is a chartered accountant and chartered director and is an experienced reviewer of board effectiveness across a range of sectors.

Catherine Casey

Catherine Casey is professor of organisation and society in the School of Business at the University of Leicester. She received her PhD from the University of Rochester, New York. Professor Casey's research in economic sociology includes organisations and institutions, industrial and employment relations, management and governance, and problems of multinational corporations. Her current research addresses multilevel governance, participation and regulation, and complex collaborations.

Andrew Cave

Andrew Cave has written about business for The Daily Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph for 20 years, working as US business editor in New York and associate City editor in London. He writes profile interviews of chief executives for both papers and has penned two books: "The Secrets of CEOs", based on interviews with 200 global chief executives; and "Billions To Bust And Back", a biography of billionaire Thor Bjorgolfsson. Andrew also writes regular columns on leadership for Forbes magazine.

Dee Cayhill

Dee Cayhill is an expert in both corporate affairs as well as in executive search. She spent almost two decades running large, multinational corporate affairs, media relations and public affairs teams, followed by eight years as a specialist communications executive search director. Dee is a former vice president of global communications for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG plc). Her earlier career was spent in a series of international corporate communications posts in both private and publicly listed organisations.

Fiona Chalmers

Fiona Chalmers is the global CEO of Computershare Issuer Services. Fiona worked in corporate finance and investment banking advisory roles before joining Computershare from JP Morgan in 2019. Her experience spans public, private and cross border M&A transactions as well as equity and debt capital markets solutions.

Isabella Champion-Sinclair

Isabella is a responsible investment analyst who started her career as an analyst in the corporate finance team of an asset manager based in Sydney, Australia. There she worked across capital market transactions covering a broad range of asset classes.

Matt Chapman

Matt Chapman looks after KPMG’s Better Business Reporting Network and has developed and edited much of KPMG’s thought leadership in this field. He is also closely involved in supporting the IIRC’s development and promotion of the Integrated Reporting Framework. Matt provides guidance across a wide range of sectors for businesses that are looking to develop their narrative reporting and support a deeper investor dialogue.

Federico Charosky

Federico Charosky is a risk and cybersecurity expert with a career spanning more than 20 years. He currently leads Quorum Cyber as its founder and CEO. Quorum Cyber, a UK-based cybersecurity firm, serves a global clientele across diverse sectors, helping customers win in complex and hostile digital environments. Federico has held several high-ranking positions across the globe. He served as the head of security at a Middle East bank, took on the role of company director and head of consulting at a UK cybersecurity firm, and acted as a senior adviser to numerous prestigious blue-chip and FTSE 100 companies. His breadth of experience covers the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.

Mohamed Chaudry

Mohamed Chaudry is chief financial officer at subsea technology company SeaJet Systems. He is FCCA qualified with an MBA and extensive knowledge of corporate finance in the SME arena. He has worked with numerous multi-million-pound businesses, often starting small and helping SMEs to grow into their full potential. With in-depth understanding of every stage of company expansion including strategy, corporate finance advisory, M&A transactions, financial planning, due diligence & valuations, cost controls, cash management and raising funding, Mohamed is a flexible and analytical financial leader with genuine industry insight.

Brian Cheffins

Brian R. Cheffins is the S.J. Berwin Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Cambridge and is former Chair of the Cambridge Law Faculty. He is a Fellow of the British Academy, an ECGI Fellow and a Guggenheim Fellow. Professor Cheffins has held visiting appointments at Columbia, Duke, Harvard, Oxford, Stanford, the University of British Columbia and the University of Western Ontario. He has written widely on corporate law, corporate governance and business history. Professor Cheffins’ most recent book is The Public Company Transformed (2018).

Jean Jinghan Chen

Jean Jinghan Chen is chair professor of accounting and finance and the dean of Liverpool International Business School in China. Prior to this she was dean of Southampton Business School and a chair professor in accounting and finance at the University of Southampton. Professor Chen serves as an executive director on the Council of the Association of Business Schools (ABS) and also as chair of the ABS International Committee. Her research covers a wide range of topics in the area of accounting and finance, particularly corporate governance, financial reporting, and corporate finance, and is regarded as a world-leading scholar in corporate governance.
