Zoe Bailey is chief strategy and operations officer at European intellectual property firm Withers & Rogers. Zoe is a senior business leader, board advisor and strategic development specialist, with expertise in influencing the delivery of commercially-focused business strategies. In her previous role at BDO LLP, Zoe coordinated and delivered the firm’s strategic framework, working across business streams. She became operations director of audit at BDO LLP in 2009, managing service delivery across administration, client service, HR, IT, project and support processes. Zoe holds a coaching qualification from the International Coaching Federation, and she coaches and mentors cross-functional business leaders. A non-executive director on the board of insurers PAMIA, Zoe was previously a NED on the board of Nelson Croom.
