Thomas Campanile is the EY Global and Americas Financial Services Risk Consulting Leader. He helps firms navigate their most complex risk management, regulatory, compliance and control challenges. He has worked with domestic and foreign banks, as well as significant non-bank institutions, advising them on how to protect their enterprises and transform challenges into opportunities for growth and improvement. With a deep knowledge of board governance, risk appetites, the three lines of defence, enterprise risk management and risk culture, Tom also serves as a global subject-matter adviser and frequently engages in dialogues with board members, chief risk officers, supervisors and industry groups on these topics.
