Rob Anderson

Rob Anderson is co-founder of Stillness Partners and co-author of The Stillness Dividend (2026). Stillness Partners advises PE-backed and listed businesses with the organisational complexity to need it, on execution coherence and governance. Rob is a strategist working at the intersection of judgement, performance, and organisational design. He brings a rare dual perspective as both an operator and an adviser. He has held senior commercial and managing director roles, including global sales director at Business Monitor International and managing director at Meltwater News, alongside consulting experience with firms such as RogenSi and IBM. He works with CEOs, CFOs, and private equity operating partners on the practical realities of execution, capital protection, and value creation. Rob's work focuses on reducing friction at senior levels, strengthening collective leadership, and increasing decision adherence.
