Dr Richard Dunston Brady is equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) manager at Harrogate District NHS Foundation. He is a leader in contemporary staff engagement and a passionate communicator, proudly championing all protected characteristics across the workplace. His focus is on equitable workplaces in which everyone can thrive. Richard presented his research on LGBTQ+ leadership at the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Conference in Athens in July 2025 and his academic work also includes a published LGBTQ+ EDI Policy Brief, endorsed by the University Hospitals of Liverpool Group.
