Richard Belfield is European practice leader, executive compensation and board advisory at consultancy WTW. He leads Europe’s largest team of ECBA consultants, supporting leading clients across all key markets in the region. Richard’s consulting expertise is particularly focused on executive pay, corporate governance, pay for performance and incentive design, and reward strategy. Richard’s remuneration committee appointments in the region include many leading global companies as well as selected early-stage growth organisations. He works extensively with highly international companies based across Europe and beyond to manage compensation and corporate governance challenges in key markets worldwide, including the US.
